I have a bad reaction to MSG. Do you use this ingredient or is it in any sauces or prepared food that you serve?

First time for my wife and me today. Lunch portion of Hunan Shrimp with fried rice and hot and sour soup. All was very tasty, but the soup could have been thicker. It was very thin. Also, the entree was not spicy at all. Next time, we will specify more peppers. Thanks.
